EXPRESSIONS OF INTERESTS-PART TIME TEMPLE FACILITIES SUPPORT OFFICERS

HAWA is calling for applications for two part time Temple Facilities Support Officers
Only those who are willing to work on split shifts , weekends and on public holidays need apply.

Hours of work between 9 to 28 hours per week.

1)  Provide support for daily temple activities:

     i)    Temple services/items: Archana tickets, pooja tickets, ladoos, milk, etc.

     ii)   Respond to general enquiries about temple functions and services.

2)  Co-ordinate general maintenance of temple grounds:

    i)    Organise regular lawn mowing,

    ii)   Supervise pruning, mulching etc. of the gardens.

   iii)   Check store for all perishable and nonperishable items and maintain stock control list.

   iv)   Inspect and report to Secretary about Temple premises cleanliness condition, electrical faults

         and plumbing issues.

    v)   Cleaning of Pooja utensils and car pooja area outside  when required

3)  Liaise with President , Secretary Treasurer  Management Committee and Priests to complete other tasks as required.
